Stilo Disposal is led by President & COO Julie McKeon, whose leadership is rooted in hands-on industry experience and a commitment to showing up and getting the job done right. In addition to running the company, Julie serves as Chair of the Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council for the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of NJ and was personally recognized with a PWB award in 2025 for her leadership and impact in the industry. Through her work, she continues to create opportunities, scholarships, and platforms that empower women in the trades.
